What is a Gloriously Ordinary Life?
Think of some of the mundane things you have done over the past week.
I bet most of us have done versions of putting the bins out, washing up or stacking the dishwasher, ironing, paying bills, cleaning, organising kids or cleaning out the cat litter tray.
Then think about some of the things you have done this week that have made your heart sing. Maybe you caught up with an old friend over a coffee, had a chat with your Mum or your sister. Did you get to have a lie in and an hour with your book or a podcast? You might have spent time in the garden, baked a cake or found some old photos.
The thing is, we need both the mundane AND the heart sing. Life isn’t just made up of amazing times and it would be odd if it was. Gloriously Ordinary Lives are about getting both the mundane and the heart sing.
