Gloriously Ordinary Sundays - 4th August 2024

Once a month I chat with someone about Gloriously Ordinary Lives and how it resonates with them for the Gloriously Ordinary Sundays Podcast.

In episode 7, I chat with Gary Bourlet, founder of the People First Movement in England and co-founder of Learning Disability England

On the podcast, Gary tells us all about the Good Lives framework. Good Lives brings together people’s thoughts and ideas about what it will take for everyone with learning disabilities to be able to live their good life. The framework has been developed by self-advocates, as well as family members and providers.

We discuss the links between Good Lives and Gloriously Ordinary Lives.

Have a listen - I'd love to hear what your thoughts!
